What a success! Our little family had a fantastic Fourth of July! We started off going to Todos Santos Plaza to listen to a little jazz (a la The Classy Cats---and we're almost positive that their piano player was the same one we had play at our reception). Scott, Sarah, and Jack's friend Catherine Drain joined us on the grass and the afternoon couldn't have gone better. The kids were cute, the music was good, and the weather was gorgeous! Then it was back to the Drain's house for some delicious BBQ and general merriment and overall good times.
We're convinced that Jack and Catherine have 'synchronized their watches' and developed some sort of 'wonder twin powers' so that they both eat, cry, and need to be changed at the same time! Even their moms may be in on the plan, since both babies donned their "Little Firecracker" shirts!

Looks like so much fun!!! Those are two seriously adorable babies.... Jack is really getting big already! Can't wait to add to the "crew!"
You mention that time is moving fast, one year anniversary already!
Another thing that occurs, is the picture taking changes. Couples who have one child don't notice it as much but those who have more than one find they take tons of pictures of baby one, fewer of baby two and then they start to forget. So children who are born further down the family tree have to be happy with that one blurry commemorative shot rather than a whole album of their birthday.
